BHD., a company registered in Malaysia (Registration No. 202601024747 / 1686844-H), registered address V03-08-32, Lingkaran SV, Sunway Velocity, 55100 Kuala Lumpur, W.P. Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Our registered business scope is wholesalers, general traders, distributors, retailers and e-commerce sellers of electrical LED lighting and equipment, and providers of construction and renovation works.
This website is intended for use by businesses and adult individuals placing orders in a business or personal capacity within Malaysia (or from abroad where we agree to ship). You agree to provide accurate information when placing an enquiry or order and not to misuse the site, including by attempting to interfere with its operation or security.
All products listed are sold and priced per unit in Malaysian Ringgit (RM), exclusive of shipping unless stated otherwise. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, specifications and images are accurate, but slight variations in dimensions, colour or finish between the listed photo and the delivered unit may occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to update prices without prior notice.
An order or checkout enquiry submitted through this site is an offer to purchase, which we may accept, decline, or adjust (for example due to stock availability) by responding to your enquiry with confirmed pricing and quantities. A contract of sale is formed only once we confirm the order. We reserve the right to limit order quantities, particularly for bulk or promotional pricing.
Payment terms are confirmed at the time of order confirmation and may include bank transfer, online payment, or invoiced credit terms for approved trade accounts. Goods remain the property of KOK WAI ELECTRICAL TRADING SDN. BHD. until payment is received in full.
Shipping is carried out in accordance with our Shipping Policy, and returns/refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, both incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Where a product carries a manufacturer's warranty, that warranty applies in accordance with its own terms. Beyond any manufacturer's warranty, products are covered by our Refund Policy for defects reported within the stated timeframe. Electrical products must be installed in accordance with applicable Malaysian electrical and safety regulations; we are not liable for damage arising from improper installation or use outside the product's rated specifications.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and product photography, is owned by or licensed to KOK WAI ELECTRICAL TRADING SDN. BHD. and may not be reproduced or used without our prior written consent, except as necessary to place an order.
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, KOK WAI ELECTRICAL TRADING SDN. BHD. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or purchase of our products, including loss of profit or business interruption, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
