Applies to all purchases made from KOK WAI ELECTRICAL TRADING SDN. BHD. (Registration No. 202601024747 / 1686844-H).
This Refund Policy explains when a refund, replacement or credit is available for goods purchased from KOK WAI ELECTRICAL TRADING SDN. BHD. ("KOK WAI", "we", "us"). All products are sold and priced per unit.
Units may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. We inspect all returns before approving a refund, replacement or store credit.
If a unit arrives defective or fails within a reasonable period of normal use, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos or a short video showing the fault. We will arrange a replacement unit, repair, or refund of the affected unit's price at our discretion.
If you receive the wrong SKU, wrong quantity, or a shortage against your order confirmation, notify us within 3 days of delivery with your order reference. We will dispatch the correct item or make up the shortfall at no additional cost, or refund the affected units if restock is not immediately available.
Units that have been installed, wired into a fixed electrical installation, or physically altered are not eligible for return unless the defect was present prior to installation. Custom or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, or by bank transfer where payment was made by invoice, within 7–14 business days of approval. Return shipping costs for confirmed defects, wrong items or shortages are borne by us; return shipping for other approved returns is borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Bulk wholesale orders follow the same per-unit eligibility above — a defect or shortage in part of a bulk order affects only the units concerned, not the full order. Custom-sourced or made-to-order items agreed in a separate quotation may carry different terms, which will be stated in that quotation.
