This Shipping Policy explains how KOK WAI ELECTRICAL TRADING SDN. BHD. ("KOK WAI", "we", "us") packs, dispatches and delivers orders placed through this website or by direct enquiry.
All orders are packed and dispatched from our base at V03-08-32, Lingkaran SV, Sunway Velocity, 55100 Kuala Lumpur, W.P. Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Orders are typically processed and packed within 1–3 business days of confirmed payment or order confirmation. Bulk wholesale orders and orders that require sourcing from stock may take longer — we will advise an estimated processing time when confirming your order.
We ship using established Malaysian courier and freight providers appropriate to the order size, from parcel courier for individual units and small orders to freight/lorry transport for palletized bulk orders. The specific carrier is confirmed at the time of dispatch.
Shipping charges depend on delivery location, package weight and dimensions, and order size, and are calculated and confirmed at checkout or quotation. Bulk and freight orders are quoted individually based on volume and destination.
Within Klang Valley, delivery is typically 1–3 business days after dispatch. Other Peninsular Malaysia destinations typically take 2–5 business days, and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) typically takes 4–9 business days. These are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or remote delivery areas.
Large-quantity or palletized orders may be scheduled for freight delivery with an agreed delivery window rather than a standard courier timeline. We will coordinate delivery access (loading dock, forklift requirements, etc.) with you in advance where relevant.
Where the courier used provides tracking, we will share the tracking number with you once the order is dispatched. Freight shipments are coordinated directly with our logistics contact.
If a parcel is lost in transit or arrives visibly damaged, notify us within 3 days of the expected delivery date (or of delivery, for damage) with photos where applicable, so we can lodge a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund per our Refund Policy.
